PANDAS
Using Court Clock responsibly.
Effective: March 23, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Court Clock desktop app, website, accounts, publishing tools, and public live pages.
Scope of service
Court Clock includes the desktop app, related website pages, account system, billing flows, publishing tools, and public live pages for games, competitions, and tournaments.
Accounts & verification
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Paid checkout, desktop publishing sign-in, and public live publishing may require a verified account email.
Licensing & activation
Each paid license activates one primary operator machine. Generated local controller links, display links, scoped access links, and public live pages do not create extra desktop activations by themselves.
Transfers
Deactivate on the old machine before moving to a new one. If you cannot access the old device, contact support to request an activation reset.
Publishing & public live pages
If you publish a game, competition, or tournament, you are responsible for the content and accuracy of what is shared. Public live links may be viewed by anyone with the link and may show live scores, game clocks, statuses, standings, venues, team names, logos, and related event data you chose to publish.
Local links & access control
You are responsible for controlling who can access local controller links, display links, and scoped access links on your network. Do not share control links with unauthorized users during live operation.
User content & permissions
You confirm that you have the right to use and publish the team names, logos, sponsor assets, player information, event names, and other materials you upload or distribute through Court Clock.
Acceptable use
Operate Court Clock in line with event rules and local law. No reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, abuse of public live pages, credential sharing intended to bypass plan limits, or misuse of broadcast, scoreboard, or publishing features.
Billing & plans
Paid plans and publishing access are subject to the plan and entitlement active on your account. Purchases, renewals, and any refund rights are governed by the plan terms shown at checkout and the Refund Policy.
Updates & service changes
We may change features, plan limits, workflows, or service dependencies when we ship updates. Published content may expire, be unpublished by you, or stop updating when the underlying event is finalized, expired, or no longer synced.
Data & privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, store, and protect account data, billing records, publishing metadata, and live page analytics.
Warranty
Court Clock is provided “as is” without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. You remain responsible for event supervision, backup procedures, and final operator decisions during live play.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable current license or paid service term.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
