Refund Policy for Court Clock

Effective Date: January 7, 2026 • Provider: Kalagroup for Information Technology

Overview

Thank you for choosing Court Clock, the premier digital basketball scoreboard system. Because our software provides immediate access to digital licenses upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair while preventing the unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

1. Refund Eligibility by License Tier

  • 1-Month License: Non-refundable due to the short-term nature of the access.
  • 3-Month & 6-Month Licenses: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated or used for a live event.
  • 1-Year License: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Technical Failure Guarantee

Regardless of the license tier, if Court Clock fails to function on your hardware due to a verified software bug or compatibility issue that our technical team cannot resolve within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Note: Refunds will not be granted for hardware incompatibility if the hardware does not meet the minimum specifications listed on our System Requirements Page.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of Mind: Decisions made after the 7 or 14-day eligibility window.
  • User Error: Failure to learn the software or improper setup during a live game.
  • Single-Event Use: Purchasing a license for a specific tournament and requesting a refund once the event is over.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact the Kalagroup Support Team via our email address [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number and Purchase Date.
  • The email address associated with the license.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (including screenshots of any technical errors).

5. Processing and Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Upon the issuance of a refund, your Court Clock license key will be immediately deactivated and blacklisted from our servers.

6. Subscription Cancellations

For users on recurring billing, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing; it does not trigger a refund for time already elapsed in the current billing cycle.
